Refund policy

All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We also cannot guarantee a refund in case an order was returned due to an invalid shipping address.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error (for example, bad/faded print), we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at yourfavthrivestore@gmail.com accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that demonstrate the issue. 

In case of above-mentioned issues, we'd recommend keeping or disposing of the original items as we will not cover the shipping cost for returns, however, you may still return them to be recycled by our production partners. Please note that the return address will be visible on the shipping label. In case it is not, please use the following return address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This needs to be done within 30 days of delivery, otherwise, we may not be able to assist you.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your request, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelations

In case you've placed an order by mistake, added the wrong shipping address or changed your mind, please reach out to us at yourfavthrivestore@gmail.com - we might be able to cancel the order or change the shipping address if requested in time. If you added the wrong shipping address, please write us the correct one in your first message so we can act as quickly as possible. Please note that cancelation or address change may not always be possible.
