Shipping policy

Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days ('business days meaning "excluding weekends and holidays") after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that this timeframe may be extended in case our production partners are processing a large number of orders or if there is stock issue locally or globally. This is more likely to happen around holidays and celebratory days so we can recommend placing orders in advance of the holiday to ensure timely processing of your order.

Shipping times

We are able to ship to most countries, except to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

Shipping to the US -> 2-5 business days.

Shipping to the Rest of the World --> 10-30 business days.

 

We are also able to ship to military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS.

Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days. Specific delivery estimates provided by USPS can be found here.

Note: It is to be expected that the tracking stops showing updates once the order reaches the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub. However, the order is continuing its journey.

Shipping costs


Shipping charges for your order depend on the shipping address you enter so they will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Thrive Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How to check the status of your order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days (for US orders) or 30 business days (for all orders outside the US) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yourfavthrivestore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and replacements

Due to the unique nature of our products and because they are only made on demand, we do not support returns, however, we can offer a full refund or a free replacement in case there is an issue with the product or if the order is lost. In case the order is being returned due to an invalid shipping address, we can instead offer a partial refund. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 30 days of receiving the order at yourfavthrivestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (the photo evidence should demonstrate the issue). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
